Hiy̓ám̓ Housing Society - Ch’ích’élxwi7kw (Orwell) | Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation

This project involves the design and construction of a new six-storey wood-frame residential building comprising 203 residential units, constructed over a single level of underground parking. The suspended structure for the underground parking is approximately 69,000 ft², while the six-storey above-grade wood-frame structure comprises approximately 186,000 sq ft, resulting in a total suspended structural area of approximately 255,000 ft².
